Refund Policy

• Before production starts: you can cancel your order by replying to your confirmation email. You receive a full refund.
• If we cannot make your video (for example the photos are unsuitable and you cannot provide better ones): full refund.
• After production has started: orders cannot be refunded. Instead, every order includes one round of revisions (see Terms, section 6), and we will fix any visual errors in the Video.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
